About us

Portway MOT Centre is part of a trio of garages owned and operated by Andover MOT and Servicing Ltd., which has been in operation since 2006. You can find our other locations at Broadway Garage Andover and Riverside Garage Stapleford.

Portway MOT was established in 2021, joining the long-standing Andover MOT & Servicing group, and taking over from Hurstbourne Garage at our site on Macadam Way, West Portway Business Park, Andover.

Since then, we have made major renovations to the site: improving facilities for our customers, in addition to upgrading our workshop, tools and services. We have also established, "Andover's BMW Specialist", operating out of the same garage.

We are a small, family-style business with a heavy focus on customer service. We try to be as transparent as possible in everything we do, from clear pricing to providing every customer with a free full video vehicle inspection alongside any service.

​We like to think we create a reliable and friendly atmosphere for our customers and staff alike. Some of our staff have been with us for nearly twenty years, and our aim is to offer a job for life to everyone we employ. We know our customers appreciate this consistency, showing our intent to stick around for the long run and provide the same quality service year after year.
