"We do it properly."

You may have seen garages and especially mobile mechanics offer a "DPF Clean" or "DPF Flush" service for around £60.  ​When I asked one of our technicians if we could do a DPF "flush", he simply replied, "No. We do it properly."​

​The problem with a cheap DPF "flush" is the chemicals used only remove soot and not the solid ash that builds up within the DPF over time. So you are really only getting half the problem fixed.

Our DPF cleaning is done on a Carbon Clean machine. The DPF is removed from your vehicle and thoroughly cleaned of both ash and soot before refitting. This will keep your DPF sparkling clean, in most cases as good as new, and performing to spec for longer.​

The base price for DPF machine cleaning is £200 not including labour for accessing and removing the DPF and refitting after cleaning. If your DPF costs more than this it is well worth getting it cleaned as our cleaning process restores the DPF to essential new condition.
